Game One (1) Tunnel Ball - Medicine Ball

“First Whistle” All team members standing to attention and captain has the ball at their feet positioned at the first marker.

“Second Whistle” Ready Position. Team members jump feet astride with body bent downwards to make a tunnel with their legs for the ball to pass through. Captain picks up the ball with both hands and holds it clear of the ground.

“Third Whistle” Captain sets the game in motion by throwing the ball between the legs down the tunnel behind them where it is propelled by the hands of the team to the member on the end of the line. When the last member receives the ball, they run with the ball up the right hand side of the team (as indicated by the arrow) to the Captain’s position. The member then throws the ball back between their legs down the tunnel.

As the process is repeated, the Captain gradually works their way down the line. When the Captain receives the ball as the last member in the line, the Captain runs with the ball up the right hand side of the team through to the finish line 10 metres in front of the team. The Captain faces the team from that
position with the ball at their feet standing to attention. All other team members must also be standing to attention on their individual markers for the team to be judged as having completed the game.

Failure by any team to not follow either the general conditions or specific game rules may result in disqualification.
